Hello, can the radio be switched on with the ignition off? It works with my old Blaupunkt "Montreux".
Apparently most new car radios can only be operated with the ignition switched on - I think that's a shame.

Answer

It depends on how the radio is connected. I simply plugged in the universal connector from my "Bremen" into the new radio and everything worked again. Even that you can listen to the radio when the ignition is switched off. However, you have to switch the radio on again after switching off the ignition. By the way, I am very pleased with the "London". Grx U.M.
