I had the same problem and I sent them back 3 times. The 4th one is from a different series and has now been working for over 1 year without any problems.

With my first copy, the wifi connection no longer worked after 2-3 months. I was then able to reconfigure the replacement device, but unfortunately the connection is never really reliable. Taking calls directly doesn't work well because everything is too slow. At least the videos are saved. I even bought an additional router to improve the connection, but that didn't help either, although all the other devices in the vicinity have no problems.
I am also disappointed with the product and would have expected more.

Hello. I had no WIfi connection after only the 2nd day and have not been able to use the bell as intended since then. After restarting the router, it was no longer possible to contact the bell. For security reasons, I would have to reconfigure it, i.e. reset it, but according to the instructions, this is an arduous process and not at all customer-friendly. Conclusion: Hardly any function thanks to high security. At least it rings.
