Question about Netatmo Smart video doorbell
Hello I have a Feller door chime (EFH) and it is recessed in the wall. My concern is that the black intermediate part from Netatmo has no place at all in this wall recess? Does anyone have any experience? The compatibility according to the Netatmo homepage unfortunately does not provide any information on this. Thx Greetings Kariya

You mean the black module that has to go to the gong itself? No, there is no room for it in a standard 1 flush-mounted wall box. You would have to check where the pipe that goes to the gong ends. The module can be extended, e.g. in a junction box where the gong wires go through, or then at the bottom of the HV... I have it in the basement. Depending on the position of the pipes it can be difficult.

Hello, I've just bought the Netatmo video doorbell and I also have a Feller chime.
I've been trying to get it to work since Christmas but I can't, the LED is still red. They sent me a new doorbell but it's still the same... How did you connect the module?
I have 3 wires running to the chime.
