Question about Weber Traveler

Hello, I have just been barbecuing on my new Weber Traveler Grill when the outside temperature was 6°. I noticed that the small gas cylinder (gas cartridge) was covered in frost. At the same time, the output of the barbecue was very low. I could not heat the barbecue above 140°. What does this mean? Is my barbecue defective? Thank you in advance!

We already had this problem, the grill is not defective, it's just too cold for it. That means you have to change the gas from butane to propane. Then it worked for us.
