And in what way is the problem observed a question?

Apart from the fact that this is not a support forum, do you realize that you don't give any indication: is it at the initial configuration of the product or for a product already configured? Do you use the app on Apple iOS or Google Android? Is the Mova account linked to a third-party account (Google/Facebook)?

My advice: look for a forum for mutual aid. Take screenshots. Explains when the problem occurs.
