I can't quite see my way around Thule and Galaxus. According to Thule, the WingBar Edge fits the BMW X3/2015, but there are different versions. Does anyone know if this kit fits?

Hello, actually it should fit, but it will be difficult to find the right kit, because if your X3 has a flushing rail then it is better to order all parts separately.
We had exactly this problem ourselves.
