I don't understand it! So the Nuki Ultra doesn't work for us because we have round cylinders in Switzerland, the Nuki Uktra can only use EU cylinders. Ok, the Nuki Pro, on the other hand, simply takes the existing cylinder and key. But all cylinders that do not have an emergency & danger function, i.e. you can operate two keys on both sides, are also omitted (this is certainly 95% of all Swiss households) - it is normal for us that you cannot turn the key on the outside if one is inserted on the inside! So why isn't this mentioned here? How do you operate the Nuki? Can you really use it? I don't understand it
