Yes, the panel ensures that the battery is always fully charged. I have the panel on a stick-up cam.

As far as I can judge, this is possible. Cables are included for direct connection. I'll do it next week.

I doubt it. I tried to operate a microcontroller with approx. 150mA and also a battery. However, the panel only provides enough power when the sun is shining outside and the battery can hardly be charged. I therefore doubt that it can be used to operate a camera at all. Unfortunately, you won't find any information on the Ring Spotlight Cam Pro's power consumption on the Ring website and I think there are reasons for this. I therefore advise you not to try this with this panel.
