Is the down tube (with the lever shown for height adjustment) supplied? Which tube has which diameter (28mm is stated here, but customers speak of 32-35mm)?

28mm is wrong. I have sent the umbrella back because the diameter is approx. 32mm. It would be nice if Galaxus.ch would correct this...
