Exactly from the production date 07 March 2019, the Neotec 2 has a different cut-out for the microphone holder. Then both Sena SLR and Sena SLR2 will fit perfectly. If you have a Neotec 2 helmet with production date 06 March 2019 and earlier, you have to go for the Sena SLR or be prepared to make 2 small cut-outs on the helmet ( inside) yourself (that was my way and it works fine).

According to my own research, this fits the helmet.
