Is this mount exclusively for the dashboard or does it also hold on the windscreen?

Helpful answer
The suction cup of the holder can also be attached to the windscreen. The ball head can be adjusted over quite a wide range. If the windscreen is extremely flat, the angle of inclination may be tight.
