I bought the IWH warning sign 2in1 just under 3 weeks ago and was in Italy with it. 
The following is written on the board (Italian side) - with 4 white and 5 red stripes: MINISTERO LL.PP. OMOLOGAZIONE PIXLEMON D.M. 7177 DEL 14-11-2000 
Although it is a different number from the one given by TCS, it also sounds type-approved to me. To be 100% sure, you would have to check again with the TCS. Maybe it is an older version on the TCS page or vice versa, which I would not be particularly happy about ;-)
