Most of the time the antenna does not work on my device. The display shows the message Antenna Error... Is there an antenna amplifier for this device?

I have mounted it for my colleague.
Have you mounted the antenna correctly?
The antenna must be mounted on the windscreen and on the passenger side. And have more than 6cm distance to the upper edge.
Must also be in contact with the body.
