Practically no BMW or Audi station wagons are approved for this product. Why should this product not fit a BMW 5 Series Touring G31? Does anyone have experience with this?

I have it on a BMW M135i. Works without any problems. I consulted the product search on the Thule site in search of something suitable.
I cannot comment on compatibility with other models.
