What am I doing wrong? I ordered an extra cartridge, also from Galaxus EN-417, but it doesn't fit, it doesn't click into place. Is it the cartridge or the valve on the machine? It's a pain in the ass and seems dangerous to me.

For me, screwing on the gas cartridge didn't work right away either. The cartridge must be held absolutely straight when screwing it in. Then the thread grips and the cartridge can be screwed on securely. The grill is really great! Like my Weber Q at home. Only a little smaller and perfect for the campsite.
