When I charge the powerbank via the solar cell, its LEDs all flash at once and this does not stop when I disconnect the powerbank from the solar panel or charge a mobile phone with it (not even overnight). Only when I charge the powerbank with a "normal" USB mains adapter do they go out again. Does anyone have an idea what this could be and how I can fix it?
