Yale Smart Alarm Outdoor Door/Window Contact, IP55 requires a Yale Smart Hub, what's that? A mobile phone isn't enough?

Helpful answer
According to the manufacturer, a hub is required for this. This is obviously not possible with a mobile phone. We don't seem to be able to offer this individually, there are starter kits like this one: Yale Smart Alarm Starter Kit+
