Hello Has anyone registered a unit and received a warranty certificate for the 5 years afterwards? I registered my machine, received a registration confirmation email from Delonghi, but no certificate. Delonghi support told me they did not see a registered machine in my account (I did see it in my account) and I should do the registration again. No sooner said than done. After registering again, they said they now also saw the registered device and that I would receive the certificate soon. But that did not happen. That's why I'm asking you about your experiences. Thank you

We have had a Delonghi Magnifica machine for years, but would like to find something much quieter. The machine is so noisy that for every cup, 1 minute or so, you can't talk or listen to the radio. Unfortunately Digitec does not give any data about noise, so we have to look elsewhere.

Faulty machine purchased from Galaxus in 2023 (still under warranty) and sent to the after-sales service certified by Krups Switzerland on 9 September: GR Rapido Service GmbH. Fault: impossible to adjust the volume of coffee outside the factory setting. Feedback from the after-sales service: Machine beyond repair according to GR Rapido! Replacement? No, because no longer sold by Galaxus (but sold by Digitec). GR Rapido says "Galaxus will contact you."....on has been waiting for 2 weeks and still nothing. How can I contact this faulty Galaxus after-sales service directly (by e-mail or telephone)?

Hello, the fully automatic coffee machine was delivered today. According to the Galaxus description, this machine has a cleaning programme, which is why I opted for this model. Hello, I am looking for a fully automatic machine that has (at least) two bean chambers. I saw that Melitta and Siemens have them. Would it be possible to add a filter? Or does anyone else know of machines that make this possible?

I have always had a Nespresso machine and have always been very satisfied with the machine and the coffee enjoyment, I drink about 3-5 cups of coffee a day. However, I find these Nespresso capsules quite expensive and now I am wondering whether a fully automatic coffee machine would be cheaper, but is the enjoyment the same or am I looking at this all wrong? I am looking forward to your feedback

Out of 115 fully automatic coffee machines, there are only 7 with an integrated grinder, so something is wrong.

@digitec I searched for a long time for fully automatic coffee machines and only found a maximum of 8. Only after I searched for coffee machine did I have a much larger selection. https://www.digitec.ch/de... https://www.digitec.ch/de... You also seem to filter the filter according to whether it is an "ext. milk system" or "external milk system".
