As the attacking mothership descends towards Earth, humanity is forced to hide in underground bases to protect itself from the bombardment. As the leader of your base, you must develop a weapon to destroy the aliens while simultaneously expanding the base and fending off enemy ships. Can you complete the mission before your base is destroyed?

Under Falling Skies is a solo game with a campaign that spans multiple missions. In each mission, you must lead a different city to victory against the invading aliens – or perish alongside the remnants of humanity.

The core of the gameplay mechanics is an innovative dice placement system that simultaneously determines your actions and those of the enemy ships. Higher dice values give you more options but also cause the alien ships to approach your city more quickly.

Your task is to advance research to develop a weapon that can repel the aliens. To achieve this, you must expand the underground base of the city to gain access to more powerful actions, shoot down enemy ships, and multiply your actions by using robots. However, you must never overlook the energy supply!

For if the mothership, which gets closer with each round, reaches your city, only ashes will remain.
