Hello, I ordered it on 5.8.2020 and received it the next day (on 6.8.2020). I don't quite understand why you wait 3 weeks. However, it was in stock for me. I see that the item is currently being clarified with the supplier. If you want to be on the safe side, I would cancel and look for something else. I must admit though, the "Amewi Metal Eagle 4WD" is MEGA!!! It has all the parts and you can even do it yourself (different suspension, battery, depending on how passionate you are). Good luck/fun. In case of breakage or damage you mean? I can't tell you, you'd have to ask the manufacturer, I presume so. But the machine is very sturdy and made of metal, my son has also used it outdoors on dirt and snow and everything is OK

There is no switch on the car. You have to connect and disconnect the battery with the plug. If it doesn't run, the battery may be dead. Disconnect the plug when not in use. The plug will move more easily over time.
