Wiking 0234 01 H0 Opel Manta B, yellow

Those who drove a Manta did not want to hide. On the contrary, the sports coupe proudly displayed itself in bright colors throughout the 1970s. The sporty Opel yellow shone brightly on German roads. WIKING is debuting the second generation of the Manta as a color duo. Produced from 1975 to 1988, the coupe had a power range of 55 to 110 horsepower, sometimes modest, sometimes sporty. The traditional model builders are adding a popular youngtimer to their lineup, which has many fans both yesterday and today – not to mention the cult films. The body features two horizontal air intake openings, creating a harmoniously closed Manta front that is so typical of the sports coupe. The glazing includes an engraving of the interior mirror, while the bumpers are integrated into the chassis. WIKING has designed the character-defining rectangular headlights to be inserted, and the interior comes with a separate steering wheel made from new molds. It was also common during the Manta B era for drivers to favor the minimalist two-spoke steering wheel. The body is yellow, while the chassis and interior, including the steering wheel, are black. Side trim and the B-pillar are printed in black. Bumpers feature silver printing, and the wheels are aluminum silver. The taillights are red, and both the front and rear display a silver Opel emblem, with the rear inscription "Manta" printed in black.
