How long do the 8 AA batteries last? It makes no sense if you have to keep replacing/disposing of or charging batteries after a short time

It clearly depends on how the game is used. However, I wouldn't recommend it. The air that blows isn't powerful enough, and in the end the game is rather disappointing.
