I just ordered the Multicharger from digitec. Now I receive a shipping confirmation/invoice from a company called schweighofer from Austria. At first, I thought it was another Trojan email designed to trick me into clicking on the pdf, as I hadn't ordered anything from this company. Is this Digitec's new way? What about returns? Do I pay the postage to Austria? a visibly annoyed customer
If you have a contract of sale with Schweighofer (very reputable) then ask them about postage, a quick phone call is also possible, good luck.
The fact is that in this case you bought from Schweighofer and Digitec was only the intermediary. In Digitec's eyes, this is clearly stated on the product page --> https://abload.de/img...
https://www.digitec.ch has long since become an offer platform where not only Digitec sells exclusively. There are several other retailers such as Jacob (DE), the department stores', Pearl, Conrad, etc.
