Question about Tonies Toniebox Starter Set Blue (Creative Tone)
Our Toniebox is defective. One ear is torn and the electronics are exposed. According to email communication with Tonies (Boxine GmbH), a repair is only possible in Germany and Austria and not in Switzerland. How can a Toniebox that was bought in Switzerland be repaired?
Where it was bought?!
In our warranty case (battery) everything was organised by Digitec (handed in and got a new one after 1-2 weeks).
Return to the seller. As usual with a repair.
