Product details

Fluorosis due to excessive fluoride intake - almost one in four children is affected. Fluorosis is a chalky-white enamel stain on the permanent incisors. They are caused by a disruption of mineralisation during tooth maturation. The cause is excessive fluoride intake during the tooth maturation phase. The phase around the second and third up to the fifth year of life is considered to be particularly sensitive. The risk is particularly high in children because their low body weight makes them susceptible to overdosing and they often swallow toothpaste when brushing.

Ingredients and instructions for use

Ingredients
Aqua, Hydrogenated Starch Hydrolysate, Hydrated Silica, Hydroxyapatite, Xylitol, Silica, Cellulose Gum, Flavouring, 1,2-Hexanediol, Caprylyl Glycol, Sodium Methyl Cocoyl Taurate, Sodium Sulfate, Sodium Cocoyl Glycinate, Limonene.
Instructions for use
Hydroxyapatite - that's the stuff our teeth are made of. The main active ingredient contained in Kinder Karex is modelled on nature. It therefore follows a biomimetic principle of action. BioHAP is the abbreviation for the scientific term "biomimetic hydroxyapatite". BioHAP repairs small defects in the tooth enamel with every brushing, minimises the build-up of bacteria and thus provides effective protection against tooth decay. In addition, BioHAP releases calcium during acid attacks, which protects the milk teeth. Calcium promotes the repair (remineralisation) of micro-fine defects in the tooth. The formula of Kinder Karex toothpaste has been specially developed for babies and toddlers. The mild flavour was selected by young children. Application: 2x daily.

No fluoride, too little fluoride, a controversial dye: many children's toothpastes in the test are not well composed. Toothpaste for milk teeth must reliably protect against caries. For this, it needs fluoride. The toothpastes should also not contain titanium dioxide: This controversial dye is unnecessary...
