The only difference is the colour. There are always price differences due to different sources of supply. Currently, however, the difference is smaller again.
Yes, according to our information, the charging station is operated via 5V USB-A.
The 5V of a USB-A connection is absolutely sufficient to charge this toothbrush. The additional functions and higher power requirements that USB-C would support with Power Delivery would be oversized for a toothbrush and not really necessary in this case.
