Instructions for use
Only use Welloxon Perfect Developer with this product. To colour darker, perform a tone-in-tone colouring or lighten a tone, use Welloxon Perfect Developer 6%. To lighten two tones, use Welloxon Perfect Developer 9%. The mixing ratio is 1:1, example: 60ml Illumina Colour and 60ml Welloxon Perfect Developer 6%.
