RefectoCil is the best-selling eyelash and eyebrow dye on the market, and for good reason. The color mixture lasts up to 6 weeks and is now known as one of the most durable eyelash and eyebrow dyes available.
Note: RefectoCil colors must be mixed with RefectoCil Oxidant Cream 3% or RefectoCil Oxidant Liquid 3%, which can be purchased separately.

Application:
- Remove contact lenses
- Clean the eyelashes and eyebrows of any makeup residues and oils
- Dry the brows and lashes
- Mix about 2 cm of the dye with 10 drops of liquid oxidant or 15-10 drops of cream oxidant until the consistency becomes creamy
- Apply the dye with a cotton swab or brush
- Always apply in the direction of hair growth
- Let the color develop for 5 to 10 minutes, depending on how intense you want the color
- The quicker you remove excess color from the face, the easier it will be to remove from the skin

Application:
Preparation: Apply RefectoCil Skin Protection Cream, eye mask, and eyelash pads or silicone pads according to instructions. Mix two centimeters of color with ten drops of RefectoCil Liquid Oxidant or 15-20 drops of RefectoCil Cream Oxidant to create a creamy paste. Apply to eyebrows and eyelashes and leave on for five to ten minutes. Remove with clear water and cotton pads. If RefectoCil Blonde Brow was used beforehand, the application time is reduced to one to five minutes, and for eyelash perming, it is two minutes.
