Oxidant 3% Cream is a stabilized, cream-based developer for RefectoCil eyebrow and eyelash tints. It was developed in addition to oxidant 3% liquid. Its viscous consistency makes mixing with RefectoCil colours even easier. RefectoCil Blonde Brow may only be used with RefectoCil Oxidant Cream. The narrow dosing opening allows economical and exact dosing ? Tip: For those who prefer a liquid consistency, RefectoCil Oxidant liquid is also available. Both products provide the same brilliant colour result. Application: Preparation: Apply RefectoCil skin protection cream & eye mask and lash flakes or silicone pads according to instructions. Mix 2 cm color with 15-20 drops RefectoCil Oxidant 3% cream to a creamy paste and apply immediately to eyebrows and eyelashes. Leave on for 5?10 minutes. Remove with clear water and cotton pads.

Application:
Preparation: Apply RefectoCil Skin Protection Cream, eye mask, and eyelash pads or silicone pads according to instructions. Mix two centimeters of color with ten drops of RefectoCil Liquid Oxidant or 15-20 drops of RefectoCil Cream Oxidant to create a creamy paste. Apply to eyebrows and eyelashes and leave on for five to ten minutes. Remove with clear water and cotton pads. If RefectoCil Blonde Brow was used beforehand, the application time is reduced to one to five minutes, and for eyelash perming, it is two minutes.

Application:
- Remove contact lenses
- Clean the eyelashes and eyebrows of makeup residues and oils
- Dry the brows and lashes
- Mix about 2 cm of the dye with 10 drops of liquid oxidant or 15-10 drops of cream oxidant until the consistency is completely creamy
- The dye should be applied with a rose stick or brush
- Always apply in the direction of hair growth
