It is unbelievable. I just came to this site after receiving this item from Galaxus to look for possibilities to complain and return it.

I have the same issue. Box was damaged, I still accepted it because a damaged box is usually fine with me. The problem is, that everything inside was opened. Seals cut, fingerprints and dirt inside.

This is unacceptable. I have written to Galaxus on FB and Twitter and I have complained at the PickMup location, since there is NO hotline on weekends! The friendly lady working there did confirm that this was the state of the item when she received it and that she would have denied it, if the postman gave it to her personally. She will also send Galaxus a statement on Monday and has photographed the box and items as well.

How tf can this happen twice? Maybe even the same item that 'Christopher_swe' received half a year ago???

What is going through your mind when sending a hygiene product in this state? I am not less than shocked and this has damaged my view of digitec/galaxus severely. Completely unacceptable.

And I have ordered this because my old trimmer broke down. Now I can't shave this weekend and probably not even on Monday or Tuesday. Please resolve quickly.

I am aware that this section is for item reviews and not customer support. But I need to raise your awareness that this is not the way you should continue, especially since I am obviously not the only one this happened to.
