Hello, the initial synchronisation of the scale with the Android app won't work. I follow all the steps and the app responds to my weight measurement, but the synchronisation stops after 10% and nothing happens except that it "continues loading"...endlessly.... I have contacted Medisana customer support and have still not received a response. It seems that in a comment here from 2020 there was a similar problem, but I don't understand exactly how that was resolved then. Can anyone help me further? How long did the initial sync take for you guys? Any tips? Many thanks and best regards
