Hello I have very sensitive gums and wanted to ask if it is possible to use the Philips soft brush head without any problem? Or is the brush head that comes with it also "soft" (and not "medium")? Thank you for your help.

The Philips sonic toothbrushes can also use soft brush heads. The toothbrush comes with an A3 Premium All-in-One brush head, which is Soft according to the manufacturer.

If you have sensitive gums, this Swiss toothbrush might also be a good choice, it also comes with a soft brush head, but it is not made of polyamide and absorbs water, which can change the bristles, but of patented Curen filaments, which do not absorb water and do not change (Swiss invention :-)). Curaprox is specially designed for sensitive gums. The brush head is very small compared to other models from other manufacturers, which also helps for gentle cleaning, as it is very easy to reach everywhere. In addition, a single brush head is also included which allows you to gently clean along the gum line, also with very gentle bristles. For sensitive gums, the Curaprox is the first choice. And in terms of price anyway.
