When I first wanted to use it was faulty. I can set my height, age, gender and all that, but than it shows I'm weighing 0kg. Changed batteries, tryed everything. Any idea? I might need to send it back

If you haven't forgotten to step on them, then it's better if you just send it back. :)) Mine works perfectly (so far, it's just a second day though :) ).
