Any idea if and when Galaxus will start selling the Amazfit Helio Band?

Hi, it seems like the Amazfit Active 2 smartwatch has a premium version with sapphire glass and some other nice-to-have, still for a competitive price. But cannot find it in Switzerland. Do you plan on selling those?

Is the Amazfit GTS 43.25 mm, Aluminium no longer available in all colours at Galaxus? Meaning: Currently not available! That would be a shame, because the item 12200587 is good.

Amazfit Bip loses the connection to the app. Everything worked fine for the first few days. All attempts to restart Bluetooth, to pair the watch again, and to switch Wi-Fi off/on have failed to solve the problem. Now I hope someone here can give me a tip on what else I can try. I would like to be able to use the watch to its full extent.
