I bought a projector (beamer) at Digitec. Thought it was a hype company. After a few years - when the lamp had to be replaced on a projector like any other - I was brought back to the real world: a problem arose that was more the fault of the product company (BenQ), but Digitec was not interested in repairing it.... The problem was with a small screw that tightened the projector lamp. I had to ask Interdiscount and MediaMarkt for a repair... Digitec again? No way...

How do I know it's time to have a new projector lamp ready? I use a BENQ beamer (MS507H) for lectures and I'm wondering if it will "indicate" to me that a change is due or if it will just stay dark for once, which wouldn't be really cool ;-) Thanks in advance for your tips.

The RC Monster Truck Shark remote-controlled car (19588776) is really great. Unfortunately, our youngest lost the charging cable for the battery. And he is heartbroken because he can no longer drive the car. Where can I get a replacement? Could someone help me? Best wishes and many thanks, Sabine
