Hello everyone, I wanted to get the Amazon Fire HD 10 Kids for my son and realised that Amazon Kids+ is not available in Switzerland. Nevertheless, there are dealers and reports that say it works (limited) or with a fictitious address from DE or an Amazon account with registration in DE. What is true now? I didn't find the overall scope of the tablet that Amazon offers here with any other supplier. Too bad, but maybe you have alternatives for me? Does it really have to be a Samsung or Apple device? What are your experiences as parents with such tablets? I would like to have age-appropriate games, colouring apps and control over the content and duration of use. A pen would also be handy. Thank you!

So, if I return a product in its original packaging and 10% is still deducted from the price, I will simply resell the item here in future. That can't be right... I had to switch to another item because the promised delivery date was not met, so I had to return the original item I ordered. Label on it and back. I had to pay for the shipping and now I have to pay a 10% handling fee because Galaxus didn't deliver on time. Sorry, I think that's cheeky... In addition, the item I switched to was almost 3x as expensive ^^

Hello everyone. I recently ordered something from an external supplier via Galaxus. Shipping was via DPD --> horror until the parcel finally reached me / redirected to a PickUp Point. Is there any way / anywhere to see which shipping service provider is used by external suppliers? Or can I somehow have the parcel redirected directly to a PickUp Point? This is very easy with a Galaxus parcel and Swiss Post. @Galaxus: can you write down the shipping service provider for external suppliers?

Hello, I have just checked how far you have got with my order, which I placed 2-3 weeks ago, and I see a tick next to: slower delivery allowed. But I know for a fact that I didn't tick this box because I wanted to receive the order as quickly as possible. I find this quite impertinent. If I had known that I would have to wait 1-1.5 months for my order, I wouldn't have placed it in the first place. I don't want to cancel it now after this loooong wait either. A really successful stall.
