Good evening,
I have just received an e-mail from Galaxus telling me that my return has been rejected.
Quote:
"After careful consideration, we regret to inform you that we have to refuse the return as the serial number of the product does not match the original packaging. You will therefore receive a return.
The serial number is an important identification feature that allows us to verify the authenticity and condition of the product. A discrepancy between the serial number on the product and the original packaging casts doubt on the origin and condition of the product."
I ordered the item, PC fans of the Corsair brand, exclusively from Galaxus and carefully repackaged and shipped them with DHL.
The way I see it, I am now being accused of fraud.
Has anyone ever had a similar problem?
