I ordered a Rocket Mozzafiato and a Rocket Fausto here on 01.09.2021. They said there were more than 5 pieces available from the supplier, etc. Now, after payment and after 10 days of waiting and after my explicit enquiry, I was told that the Mozzafiato was suddenly sold out and the Rocket Fausto was unknown with a delivery date. According to Galaxus, the supplier could enter the availability and delivery date here himself and was responsible for it. In my experience, the delivery dates are purely fictitious. Unfortunately, this is hard to beat in terms of swindling and unreliability when you do business like this and unilaterally fail to honour your purchase contracts. Unfortunately, I will therefore look for another manufacturer and another seller. I hope you do not feel the same way and advise against ordering for these reasons.
