I have to say that I am ambivalent about the Arctic P12 Max. On the one hand, it's a solid, speedy fan with a wide performance range and a good power-to-noise ratio. On the other hand, the regular Arctic P12s are not only a good deal cheaper, they are also more finely controllable and they already completely exhaust the noise tolerable range...
