XD3-40t durable and cost-effective

The XD3-40t is an affordable 4-inch (118 mm) thermal direct or thermal transfer desktop barcode and label printer. It features a compact design combined with high reliability, making it ideal for label printing in manufacturing, retail, transportation, logistics, and healthcare. It supports fast data processing and print speeds of up to 5 ips (127 mm/s) for high-quality text, graphics, and barcodes at 203 dpi, along with a memory capacity of up to 64 MB SDRAM and 125 MB flash memory.

Multiple connectivity options are available, including standard USB 2.0, with optional USB, Serial, and Ethernet. It offers flexible core ribbon handling for 1/2-inch and 1-inch options (74 m and 300 m). With an optional, on-site installable peeler and an external paper feed, the label printer provides customizable paper guidance plus holder, as well as space for a media roll diameter of up to 127 mm.

The XD3-40t is compatible with leading programming languages, including SLCS™, BPL-Z™, and BPL-E™. The programming language can be switched intelligently without mode adjustment. It is compatible with label design software such as BIXOLON Label Artist-II™ and BarTender® UltraLite for BIXOLON.

The XD3-40t also allows for hassle-free printer management and support with a confirmation LED that can be set with just one button. Additionally, there are extensive instructional videos and an onboard QR code with direct links to online support resources. A 2-year warranty applies to all.
