The LWO-AOC-SFP28xx series includes a range of active optical SFP28 cables (AOCs) specifically designed for 25 Gigabit Ethernet network applications (25GbE). These 25G SFP28 AOC cables are an optimal alternative to SFP28 Direct-Attach Copper cables (DAC) and short-range SFP28 transceivers, offering improved signal integrity and excellent cost-effectiveness. Their design focuses on high data transfer speeds, high port density, and minimal power consumption to meet the current demands of data center infrastructure. Each AOC integrates optical SFP28 transceivers at both ends in conjunction with OM3 multimode fiber optic cables, available in lengths ranging from 1 to 100 meters. Additionally, they feature digital diagnostic functions that can be accessed via a 2-wire serial interface according to the SFF-8472 specification.
