LRDIMM memories are recommended if large memory capacities are to be achieved.RDIMM memory modules cannot be operated together with LRDIMM memories.If a memory expansion is to be carried out with the existing RAM memories, it must be checked which memory technology (RDIMM / LRDIMM) is available.Memory slots for which no processor is available must not be fitted; a higher memory clock of the memory module automatically adapts to the memory clock specified by the system. When using 4Rank (4Rx..) RDIMM memories, only 2 of 3 memory slots per memory channel can be occupied.
