And it comes as it usually does here. Even the day before, the order says "expected tomorrow" and on the day in question it is postponed for a month, if not more at the end. Do I not understand how this can happen? That I might be put off for a few days for something that is so hotly anticipated, ok. However, Digitec only notices this on the day of the planned release? Is that just "backward" of the system to calculate when it's your turn or just Digitec's way? It's like they don't know beforehand when it's going to be your turn and you can tell them honestly. Same for my 3080 graphics card back then, which I wanted to buy near pre-order-start and had to wait over a year for the nice choice: "Yes buy the more expensive TI model or tough luck." -.-

I have also cancelled and will delete my account and put galaxus on my blacklist the telephone support also has 0.0 idea I still have an order with right of return that I will now also return only sells what you also have and not expected

Absolute cheek what Digitec is pulling here.... I bought my iPhone 14 Pro Max (512 GB, Deep Purple) on 09.09.2022 approx. 2 minutes after the start of the pre-order. Every day the delivery date is pushed back.... As of today "Expected delivery date 08.11." As soon as I receive the smartphone at some point, I will pull down my tent here and delete the account. Simply taking the piss out of paying customers!

We regret the inconvenience caused by this pre-sale. Unfortunately, the supplier was unable to meet the deadline. Situations like this are the reason why we have to state the delivery dates in the shop without guarantee. We understand the displeasure, as well as the disappointment.

So to all those who are wondering what is going on. The product is only distributed by Digitec but comes directly from the supplier (Apple). I have now also cancelled because the delivery dates were not communicated in advance. Ordered until today on the release date and delivery date "Expected 9.11".

We work with daily prices, which can be influenced by various factors such as purchasing conditions, stock levels and supply and demand. It is therefore possible that different colour variations are offered at different prices.
