Digitec is obliged to supply electrical appliances with a Swiss plug. If the appliance is supplied with a foreign plug, a suitable replacement cable should be supplied if the mains cable is pluggable or, alternatively, a suitable adapter if the mains cable is permanently connected. If the appliance is delivered without a suitable plug, complain to the customer service and insist on a cable or an adapter, free of charge. Hello Yologstar A new situation has arisen with me when planning on 2 screens, which has shown that the SimPro is also not fully compatible with my notebook Asus Zenbook. Have now found a better docking station with a docking station from Club 3D, but the test with the 2nd screen is still pending. It remains to be seen. Kind regards David Borer

It is the same product, the difference may be that they are two different suppliers. The compatibility of this product with only certain laptops is a result of the driver software that makes the device work. They have been designed to work on Asus computers. Therefore, the dock will not work on a computer not listed as compatible.

The docking is not compatible with your laptop, according to Asus the models that are supported are the following: P4540, B9440, UX390, T303, T305. Here is a compatible model: ASUS Mini Dock (HDMI, USB Type-C, USB Type A) However, it is currently out of stock.
