500 watts are very good for the components mentioned. It is completely sufficient. CM has it, which is very good and 80+silver. So, by rule of thumb, I would say that your system could draw a maximum of something between 250-300Watts. If you want to upgrade your power supply even further, then at most by taking one with even better efficiency, like Straight Power 10 or 11. But that's not necessary.
Unfortunately, it happens from time to time that a German cable is delivered. Please contact the customer service directly, they can supply you with a CH cable: digitec@digitec.ch +41 44 575 95 00 Monday - Friday: 09:00 - 18:00
Difficult to say. I think the load is too big for your fuse. Try connecting another device to the same circuit when your PC is running. For example, a hoover or something else that draws a lot of current. If the load is too high, you should blow a fuse every time you switch on the hoover. If not, it could be that you have installed a FILS, which in turn would indicate that your PSU is defective or has a leakage current >30mA. However, it is also possible that your PSU has a leakage current <30mA and another device in your circuit also has a leakage current <30mA, but added together the devices may then have a leakage current >30mA, which triggers the FILS. Furthermore, it could be that you have external lighting on your circuit that sporadically has a leakage current >30mA due to moisture and thus triggers the FILS. I hope I was able to help.

Well, if you absolutely want the 1060, then I would recommend the Ryzen 1600, because the i5 8600k is too powerful for this graphics card. That means you won't get more FPS from this CPU with a 1060. So in my opinion, the ryzen 5 1600 is what you need for 180. For ryzen, it is important that you buy a ram that has high clock rates. For example, the Corsair Vengeance LPX 3000 16gb is currently on sale for 170. Accordingly, I would also choose another cheaper motherboard. Mainboards from 200.- are only worthwhile from i7 8600k and more powerful CPUs, as you should actually overclock these with the mainboard in the bios. I don't think you need that. You haven't chosen a cooler, so I would recommend either a Noctua dh15 air cooler or a water cooler. Your case supports a maximum of 120mm coolers and there are very few good 120mm water coolers. Maybe you should choose a more suitable case that supports 240mm radiators for water cooling. (You can find this information in the specifications of the respective case). I would recommend the Corsair H115i water cooling system. If you have room for 360mm radiators in the case, then the Corsair h150i. But if all this is too expensive or inconvenient for you, the Noctua dh15 air cooler will do just fine. If you want to save money, a tip is not to spend so much money on a large and expensive HDD. But if you really need 4TB, so be it. Greetings
Yes, it's basically the same thing.
If I have understood correctly, there are no CableMods for your power supply. You need a "Dark Power Pro" or "Straight Power Pro" from Be Quiet! The "Pure Power" is not available in the list. You could try a test purchase, but if it really works ...
With "semi-modular" power supplies, all parts are modular except the ATX and CPU cable.
Yes.
