Digitec would have to check the description of this product, as it is the starter set with 2 strips each in lengths of 250 and 450mm 😉
The best thing to do in this regard is to contact our customer service directly at https://helpcenter.digitec.ch/hc/de/requests/new. They can check your order individually and react accordingly in case of a wrong delivery.
Hello, I have a 38 inch Alienware monitor and have mounted the Starter Kit and that is completely sufficient. ;) Greetings
According to our supplier, this product should also work on the Apple iMac27 :)
Hello, No you don't have to buy it as it comes with a controller in the starter kit and it connects via USB. The Commander Pro is more PC internal, but with this kit the controller is sent with it, as well as the mounting. Only this kit includes only for 1x monitor (2x short and 2 long strips). (You do not need a Commander Pro.)
There must have been a typo, thanks for pointing it out. :) I have passed this on directly for checking and this will be processed as quickly as possible.
