I am thinking of getting this kit. Now my question is do I need to buy the Commander Pro that comes with it or is the whole kit enough to get started?

Hello,
No you don't have to buy it as it comes with a controller in the starter kit and it connects via USB. The Commander Pro is more PC internal, but with this kit the controller is sent with it, as well as the mounting. Only this kit includes only for 1x monitor (2x short and 2 long strips). (You do not need a Commander Pro.)
