Bought this monitor today and connected it to a Macbook Pro 2015. Can't see any problems. Bought the Club 3D Mini-DP to DP cable with it, works perfectly. All colour gradients seem flawless at first glance. Uniformity is surprisingly good. I am very happy so far.
Contact Digitec support and ask them to send you a complete appliance cable (C13 - T12). Or use a suitable cable from another device. Perhaps there is still one lying around from a device that has been disposed of. No adapters should be made to a NEMA-5 plug that can be detached again, e.g. do not use travel adapters.
Since many parts or, I assume, the articles are produced in China, are not available because of the virus.

However, the monitor offers Displayport, which is better than HDMI.
Via Apple Multiport (USB C, HDMI (Type A), USB A, USB Type C) or you can buy a monitor with USB-C: LG 27UK850-W (27", 3840 x 2160 Pixels). Costs almost the same and probably has the better panel.

I don't have a Mac, but a Lenovo. I don't know what the ports are called exactly. On the laptop it looks like a USB-C input, on the monitor it's a wider, rounded one (not a normal USB). The cable does not charge for me, I have both the monitor and the laptop connected to the power supply.
What makes you think this monitor has USB-C? It is clear that this monitor has no built-in speakers, isn't it? For me, it works with speakers connected to the monitor, bung should be transmitted via HDMI without further ado.

I have not found a CD with my DELL screen. I have set the screen to 6500 K in the OSD menu. Windows 10 includes the programme dccw, which creates a colour profile for the respective monitor. In addition, various test images are offered for calibration. Everything worked for me except for the gamma value, which I could not set optimally in the programme. (There is no option for the gamma setting in the OSD) I use the DELL monitor as a second monitor next to an EIZO with colour calibration and am satisfied with the colour representation of the DELL monitor.
I cannot confirm this at all. The colour reproduction is extremely good on my two monitors. I would recommend that you check the graphics card settings and possibly test another input device to see if the colour reproduction is poor there as well.

No, this monitor has a fixed refresh rate. Resolution doesn't affect refresh rate. If you had a 144hz monitor and changed the resolution the maximum refresh rate would still be 144hz. The same applies to this monitor.
