I received the product, unfortunately the mains adapter supplied does not fit. I received this adapter: Max Hauri mains plug adapter (type J (SEV 1011) T12, type E+F (CEE 7/7)) The mains plug is a NEMA--5 How do I get the right adapter or which one is the right one?

Contact Digitec support and ask them to send you a complete appliance cable (C13 - T12). Or use a suitable cable from another device. Perhaps there is still one lying around from a device that has been disposed of.
No adapters should be made to a NEMA-5 plug that can be detached again, e.g. do not use travel adapters.
