HTC Vive Pro 2
HTC Vive Pro 2
I received my VIVE Pro 2 today and there are no other accessories included. Luckily I took a screenshot of what was included on 14.05.21. 1x Linkbox, 1x Power Adapter, 2x Controller (2018), 2x Basestations, 2x Power Adapter for Basestations, 1x Micro USB Power Adapter, 1x Vive Pro 2 This should be included in this package...
3.1 Gen 2 is enough
Scope of delivery 1x Vive Pro, 1x Linkbox, 1x Power Adapter, 2x Controllers (2018), 2x Basestations, 2x Power Adapter for Basestations, 1x Micro USB Power Adapter
I don't know if there are any disadvantages, but according to vive, the Vive Pro 2 should be compatible with 1.0 base stations.
Yes, everything is in order, nothing is missing
Yes, you need two base stations so that the glasses are recognised in the room.
If it's a DJI drone, they make goggles, but they're more for racing drones, so that should work, but I don't know exactly. You have to check their website. As far as I know, there's no other option.
You need at least one base station for the flight sim. But I recommend two. You can buy the older models online. They are completely sufficient for MSFS. I wouldn't recommend buying VR goggles just for the flight sim. These glasses are also not the most comfortable for longer flights in the sim.
The Linkbox needs power from a socket, a USB 3.0 with SS and then DP. And according to the Vive, this then only works on mini-DP, not USB-C. https://www.vive.com/eu/support/vive-pro2/category_howto/can-i-use-a-laptop-with-vive.html And I doubt anyway that your laptop can handle VR. LG
Hello Anonymous, The satellites are controlled via BT, not via USB. It is more a question of whether there is power where the satellite is supposed to go. I needed a power extension cable because there was no power socket on site. Many greetings
No, you can't. You need the base stations from Valve or HTC.
We have gladly forwarded your question to the community, as we do not have any user experience with it. Perhaps it will be answered by another customer.
Unfortunately Digitec doesn't have the complete package for the Vive Pro 2 on offer yet.that should come in august or so.otherwise you have to order 2 base stations and 2 Vive controllers separately.although I would rather recommend the index controllers!you can order them at VR-Store.ch.I hope I could help.
Ok has settled
Unfortunately, we have no information on this at the moment.
Yes, it is the Vive Pro 2.
No, you can't.
According to the manufacturer's website, unfortunately not, this product is only compatible with Windows 10.
