Thank you very much for this information.
I bought this keyboard and it does have the keys written in English. (insert, delete, home, end, page up,...)
Really? No. I don't use it even in Word, that's how much. The scroll wheel is located too far from the keys to be interesting. The windows surface scroll wheel is, in itself, very interesting, but here we are far from being useful, amha.
These are the pictures of the US layout. For me, anyway, the keyboard has the usual CH layout. :)
Your problem is similar to the one described on Github. https://github.com/Logitech/logi_craft_sdk/issues/26 I had problems with my iMac for some time with the keyboard not connecting. Since resetting the keyboard everything works like a charm. Logitech Craft Hard Reset. 1. un-pair it. 2.Press "Escape", "o", "Escape", "o", "Escape", "b".
I purchased the Swiss German keyboard layout here on digitec. If they do not offer the keyboard layout for UK or US English you can order directly from Logitech in Switzerland. They have a Swiss site available in English. After you select "Buy Now" you can select the preferred layout you wish to order.
It works for me without any problems.
The only difference I found is that the Advanced version has a German layout and not a Swiss one. I bought the "normal" Craft and had no defects.
I think if you order it from the US Logitech site you can get it with the US layout
Data transfer via USB connection is not possible. This connection is used exclusively for charging the battery. Data is transmitted exclusively via Bluetooth. Thus, the Bluetooth driver is absolutely necessary for data transmission. From my point of view, less usable for the above-mentioned purposes. For LapTop it does not matter, because the keyboard is available. roland a. roth
The Logitech keys are a little brighter when I compare them to photos. The iMac keyboard has a little brighter aluminium. With the Logitech keyboard, you have mostly plastic. But at least the front part is pretty matching.
I am very satisfied with the current version (6.90.130). There is also a "Developer Mode" with SDK (https://github.com/Logitech/logi_craft_sdk).
Yes the keyboard has backlighting. But no RGB or anything like that
The photo does not correspond to the CH-FR version
The cable, once connected to the PC/Mac, powers the keyboard and consequently starts working again.
The Windows key is the key labelled Start. The right-click key could be the penultimate key at the top right, at least the symbolism matches my current Logitech keyboard.
On mine there is no latency. It writes when you hit the keys.
Thank you very much for your comment. We will gladly forward this internally to the responsible department and hope that this will be checked promptly.
I love this keyboard. Top quality and therefore also heavy for a keyboard. However, since I don't use the programmes mentioned, I can't answer the question. I would look in the programme settings to see which options are possible for assigning keys or wheels.
Hello I don't know this from my Logitech Craft, no. I would have it checked/exchanged. Best regards
Hello, I think something must be defective. As a rule, all keyboards with rechargeable batteries can run for several months without any problems.
in my opinion, this is the switching mechanism that switches the rotary wheel between detenting and non-detenting (=sliding).
Thank you 😎
Unfortunately, there is no support for it so far.
